leahj: chartier: The city of Chicago has tracked doorings—when a parked driver opens their door right in front of a cyclist—in accident reports for three years. Governor Pat Quinn has mandated that the rest of the state do it as well. Is it me, or does $500 sound low for a dooring fine? Definitely too low, but a start!

reggaejunkiejew: groupon is doing a deal for North Coast Music Festival. it’s the 2nd year this festival is being held… last year the 3 day passes were only $45, but this year they decided they can make money off of people and bumped the price up to $95.  BUT!  at midnight (central time, obv) groupon is selling the 3 day passes for $45!  click here for some cheap tickets.
